Check Out the Rebel Deb's New Article in This Month's "Marie Claire"...

Eating disorders, ladies. They're serious (and sometimes deadly) business. Check out my article and read about how I overcame one of the biggest challenges facing young girls today...

Wow, that's quite a story. You are so brave to share it with the world. From my brief meeting with you I could tell that you are indeed beautiful inside and out.

Thanks so much! That means a lot. I only hope my story can help other girls and women experiencing the same tough times...

Thank you so much for sharing your story. I have an eating disorder and it gave me hope that one day I'll be able to rid myself of this monster without having to go into a hospital. It's really brave of you to share your story with so many people. Thank you so much, again. It made me feel better to read it. Less lonely, I guess.

Hi there! Thanks so much for reading, and I'm so glad my story touched you... while I don't recommend that ANYONE try to overcome his/her eating disorder without help, I'm glad my article made you feel you could someday do so.

I will say, however, that my process was long and hard -- and took many more years than I was able to cover within the Marie Claire piece. In fact, I'll be publishing more articles on my college years, when I continued to struggle with an addiction to exercise (a side effect of my previous anorexia/bulimia). So, please -- if you can -- do seek out therapy. Don't try to go it alone, as I did. You may not need a hospital, per se, but do try and seek out a support group of some kind. This, much more than my article, will help you to overcome this monster and to feel less lonely...

Much love and light to you!
